Product development.

We are the first company in Chile to design and manufacture containment systems certified under European standards.

In turn, we are the only national company to develop projects for bridges and underpasses using deep corrugated steel structures with our own engineering and manufacturing.

Engineering and Specification.

Tecnovial is able to offer a comprehensive solution for various projects since in addition to manufacturing our products locally, we have a professional team capable of developing a project from its engineering and specification to assembly under certified standards.

We have a team of professionals specialized in project specification, who will support you in finding the best solution incorporating high-precision tools such as software simulations.

Productive processes.

Tecnovial counts on a modern plant with a total area of 20,000 m² which, in addition to cold-forming processes, includes a hot-dip galvanizing plant with sufficient response capacity to tackle large projects.

We have participated in large infrastructure projects such as bridges and underpasses, so we implemented a production line for deep corrugated steel structures TV 381, ideal for structures with large spans.

Also, Tecnovial has an electro-welded mesh manufacturing line which allows us to address a new market segment, as well as enhance our offer of perimeter fences.
